Job Description

Integrated Recovery Coordinator Full-time | Permanent | Monday‑Friday (no weekends or public holidays). Start date: Monday 21 September 2026. About the Role ACC is growing and we're looking for compassionate, organised people to join our Level1 Integrated Recovery team. In this role, you'll work one‑to‑one with clients who have experienced injury and have been out of work for a long time. Your focus will be on understanding what matters to them, reducing barriers, and coordinating the right supports to help them move toward positive rehabilitation outcomes. You won't do this alone – you'll collaborate closely with health providers, employers, whānau and community networks, playing a key role in helping people rebuild confidence, capability and independence. What You'll Be Doing Build strong, respectful relationships with clients, whānau, providers, and employers Communicate with clients via phone, email and occasional in‑person meetings Develop, manage and review personalised rehabilitation plans Coordinate services and supports that enable meaningful progress Support clients through challenges with empathy, clarity and consistency About You You don't need to come from a case‑management background to succeed here. You might be an experienced administrator, come from a customer service or public‑facing role, or have experience supporting people through complex situations. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, stay organised, and remain calm and resilient when things get tough.
