Location Wellington About the Business The Data Connect team is a sub‑team of Digital Connect responsible for enabling strategic use of data and systems across The Salvation Army. It supports governance, integration and insight generations to ensure enterprise platforms like Salesforce and TechnologyOne deliver value across Finance, HR, Supporter Engagement and Fundraising (SEF) and other mission‑critical functions. About the Role The Enterprise Systems Lead works collaboratively across departments to align system integration, user experience and operational efficiency, while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Ensure systems align with The Salvation Army’s mission, operational goals and service delivery needs. Drive system improvements, automation and configuration to enhance functionality and user experience. Engage with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Act as a bridge between the Information Intelligence team, service delivery, finance, HR and other departments to ensure system alignment. Coordinate with vendors, consultants and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. Ideal Candidate Deep knowledge of Salesforce and TechnologyOne, including configuration, integration and optimisation. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, data management and system interoperability. Strong analytical skills to assess system performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Skilled in change management, user engagement and driving adoption of new technologies. Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business language. This role is permanent full‑time and hours worked will be 37.5 per week. The starting salary for this role will fall between $103,000.00 and $109,946.66.
