ECE Centre Manager

The opportunity | Te Āheinga Lead centre performance and build a high-performing team. Deliver quality education while ensuring compliance and financial outcomes. Coach and mentor kaiako through growth cycles and 1:1s. Implement strategic plans and curriculum evaluation. Manage occupancy, enrolments, and rosters. Build strong community connections and centre reputation. Embed Te Tiriti o Waitangi in a bicultural environment. Bachelor of ECE (or equivalent) and current NZ registration. Proven ECE leadership experience with coaching expertise. Strong knowledge of Te Whāriki, MOE regulations, and licensing. Confident managing enrolments, rosters, and targets.
