Responsibilities Work a fixed roster with shifts from 12pm-late (around 9pm) 5 days per week Work alongside our management team to be creative and develop new cocktails in line with seasonal produce Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to consistent quality and presentation standards Ensure that bar is set up, well stocked and ready for service at all times Manage orders coming over the bar, counter, and phone Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Assist guests with various enquiries relating to restaurant, hotel, and local tourism Ensure that Responsible Service of Alcohol/Liquor Licensing guidelines are adhered to Requirements Experience Necessary At least 1 years experience in similar role Strong beverage knowledge Confident and adaptable service skills Must be available to start in September and work until April 2027 Accommodation is available Locally family owned and operated business committed to investing in staff #J-18808-Ljbffr
