Job Description

Job Overview As a Sales Representative for Pall Corporation’s Food & Beverage market, you will drive strategic growth and deepen customer engagement by expanding market share and building long‑term, value‑based customer partnerships. The role supports revenue growth, strengthens customer retention, and enhances Pall’s competitive positioning in the F&B segment. Responsibilities Develop and implement account plans for key A/B customer accounts to achieve orders and revenue targets. Expand the customer base through networking, lead follow‑up, and conversion, driving sales of new products and applications. Identify and build opportunities to increase market share and competitive advantage, adding value for new and existing customers in the F&B markets. Build ongoing relationships with customers, using insights and decision criteria to develop solutions that address current and future needs. Maintain detailed customer profiles, SWOT analyses, and stay ahead of competitive activities; direct field sales personnel as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in food science, food technology, biology, chemistry, chemical engineering, or business management. 3+ years of sales experience, business development, or account management in a B2B environment. Proven sales track record within the F&B industry. Travel and Physical/Environmental Requirements Ability to travel extensively, with more than 60% of time spent traveling within New Zealand and occasional travel outside the country. Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record. Preferred Experience Understanding of filtration products. Experience with Salesforce.com analytics.
