The role involves exploring how organisations design, govern and scale customer‑facing systems that integrate relationship management, service operations, analytics and technology to enable value co‑creation and sustainable performance. The position also focuses on how organisations, markets and institutional fields co‑evolve in transitions toward prosocial, sustainable and low‑impact forms of capitalism, emphasizing responsible innovation and sustainability. Teaching responsibilities will include undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the Department of Marketing and/or Management and International Business (MIB), using a variety of methods. The appointee will contribute to an exceptional learning experience and may teach across related domains. Service and citizenship are expected, including participation in Department, Faculty and University committees and activities. This full‑time (40 hours per week) permanent position offers remuneration aligned with Academic Standards: Lecturer (NZ$99,788‑NZ$119,204); Senior Lecturer (NZ$126,863‑NZ$158,904); Associate Professor (from NZ$165,808).
