Product Analyst – P&C Systems Team Opportunity to join our P&C Systems team and contribute to the delivery of the P&C product roadmap. Develop your unique skills and career in a wide‑ranging role, with great development opportunities. Fixed‑term position until March 2027, Wellington based with flexible working arrangements considered. Responsibilities Assist with delivery of enhancements and releases to new and existing P&C products. Contribute to testing and change management processes ensuring products are thoroughly tested and fit for the production environment. Investigate faults and identify fixes. Keep documentation up to date to track changes. Demonstrate strong relationship‑management skills, highlight risks and issues, and ensure thorough delivery of new and existing P&C products. Work collaboratively within a busy team, sharing knowledge and embracing new ideas. Qualifications Background in System Administration. Minimum 2 years configuring and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP SuccessFactors. Solid understanding of the capability of the D365 platform / SAP SuccessFactors. Relevant certifications in D365 are advantageous. Wide experience in SAP SuccessFactors products is advantageous. Solid system testing knowledge – SIT / PPT / UAT. Ability to identify risks effectively and consistently. Ability to analyse and communicate issues and understand analysis and advice produced by others. Sound customer‑service focus with ability to work under pressure and to tight time‑frames. Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship‑management skills to influence and negotiate at all levels.
