Job Description
Job Description Provide scheduling services across diverse Infrastructure projects Conduct Pre-baseline reviews of contractor’s programmes to check adherence to the required contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices. Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the clients. Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programmes in case of major delays. Arrange meetings with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand their inputs and deliverables during the project and create an Integrated Master Works Programme including all these dependencies linked to Main Contractor’s programme. To provide sound advice to the clients during all phases of the project regarding the most efficient timelines of carrying out multi-staged complex construction projects. Qualifications Tertiary degree in one of the following disciplines - Engineering, Construction, Building or Project Management. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Scheduler / Planner on Infrastructure projects Candidates with prior on-site working experience on construction projects will be preferred. Strong knowledge of the end-to-end construction and project processes Professional proficiency in P6 (Primavera) and MS Project. Knowledge of Asta or other programming software is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc. Preferable large-scale infrastructure project experience Valid working rights in New Zealand Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
