About the Role As Multi-Site Manager, you will lead and support a portfolio of stores across New Zealand, empowering Store Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving strong commercial results. You will coach leaders, drive operational excellence, and build a high‑performance culture that reflects the Stylerunner brand. Working closely with the Regional Leadership team, you will identify opportunities for growth, elevate team capability, and ensure every store consistently delivers an outstanding customer experience.
