This role offers it all and you can positively impact your customers and spread joy. This role is varied and will require you to: Create and build a clientele where you will be their trusted Advisor. Collaborate with the Counter Manager, Beauty Sales Manager and Brand Manager to grow your business and reach your full potential. Be confident in applying products, recommending products and closing the sale. Share your passion for the brand and all their exciting offerings. About You We are seeking a Beauty Advisor to join our team who has: Experience working in a retail or hospitality environment and achieving sales targets. A passion for all things Beauty and helping our customers feel great about themselves. Strong communication skills, enabling you to approach customers in‑store and via telephone in a confident, friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding customer experience. A beauty therapy certificate or diploma would be advantageous. This position is part time and involves working on a Thursday and Saturday roster. Your Benefits - What’s in it for you?
