Inwards Team Leader

Full time Job Description Are you an experienced warehouse professional with a background in pharmaceutical or healthcare logistics? We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inwards Team Leader to oversee the receiving function within our pharmaceutical distribution centre. Reporting directly to the Warehouse 2IC, you will lead and work alongside a small team (5–6 people), ensuring that all incoming stock is handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with strict regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Lead, coordinate, and support the inwards team to receive and process incoming pharmaceutical goods in line with GMP/GDP standards Oversee unloading, inspection, and booking in of stock with high attention to product integrity and expiry management Ensure accurate data entry into warehouse systems and maintain up-to-date records for audit compliance Enforce safety, hygiene, and regulatory protocols within the warehouse Support the Warehouse 2IC with daily reporting, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives Provide training, guidance, and day-to-day supervision to team members What We’re Looking For Warehouse experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or highly regulated industries Previous team leader experience High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and inventory control Solid communication skills and ability to work across teams Forklift licence – Counterbalance What We Offer A secure role in a growing and essential industry Ongoing training and development opportunities Supportive team culture with clear leadership structure Competitive salary - $70,000 Join a team that plays a vital role in the safe distribution of medications.
