Customer Service Representative

About the Role Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll be a key member of our Dunedin branch, involved in both front counter service and store operations. You’ll be the face of TWL to our customers while also keeping things humming behind the scenes. Responsibilities Serve customers in person, by phone, and online Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently Receive goods, enter data into the inventory system, and manage stock control Maintain tidy, well‑presented product displays Process sales and prepare required documentation and invoicing Support stocktakes and cyclic counts Ensure excellent customer service and safe work practices What You’ll Bring Experience in automotive or heavy transport parts (preferred) A positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and good computer skills Physically fit and happy to roll up your sleeves to get the job done Great communication and team‑player mindset Forklift licence is a bonus (or willingness to get one) Why Join TWL Dunedin?
