We are looking for a full-time Inventory Administrator who is detail-oriented and highly organised to join our team at our Manukau store. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, this is your chance to shine. We're looking for people with drive, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude. What We're Looking For Previous inward goods/inventory experience. Attention to detail and deadline driven, especially with numbers and data entry. Ability to stay calm, composed, and focused under pressure. Fit and able to lift boxes. A Pharmacy Retail or FMCG background (desirable). What You'll Bring to Life in this Role Responsible for receiving and unpacking multiple stock deliveries each day. Please note, no forklift operation or license is required for this role. Receiving of stock into our system and maintenance of stock levels. Following up with suppliers where there are discrepancies. Active management of stock inventory, including liaising with suppliers and other branches where required to address any overstocks/under stocks. Invoice reconciliation and filing. Price Updating the stock on hand. Ensuring the placement of stock is meticulous and easily accessible. Provide information/Product Knowledge to other staff members.
