Loss Prevention Officer (Security) - The Warehouse, Nelson (Part-time)

Job Description Te kaupapa o te tūranga - The purpose of the role. Work hours are: Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Saturday 8:00am - 5:15pm Key Responsibilities: Monitor security cameras Maintain a visible presence on the shop-floor Interact with customers and address their concerns Upload events onto our crime reporting platform. Qualifications He kōrero mōu ake - About you Experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, would be beneficial but is not required. Ideally, you will have good communication skills and a positive attitude, along with a willingness to learn. You should be comfortable standing for extended periods. Additionally, experience in conflict resolution and de-escalation, along with the ability to stay calm under pressure, would be beneficial.
