As a Home Ownership Manager at ASB, you’ll guide customers through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives while developing your own reputation as a trusted lending expert. This is a relationship-led, high-impact role where your judgement, experience and ability to connect with customers will set you apart. What You’ll Be Doing Owning and managing a pipeline of home lending opportunities Working closely with branch, referral partners and networks to grow your portfolio Supporting customers at every stage - from first home buyers through to complex lending needs Having meaningful financial conversations that look at the bigger picture Delivering strong, sustainable outcomes while managing lending risk What you’ll bring | Ō pūkenga You’ll be confident in your lending capability and motivated by building genuine relationships, not just processing applications. We’re Looking For Proven home lending experience, ideally in a retail or broker environment Strong understanding of lending products and responsible lending requirements Confidence to lead customer conversations and provide tailored solutions Ability to build trust quickly and generate repeat and referral business A proactive approach - spotting opportunities and growing your pipeline Why ASB?
