About the role As a Customer Care Coordinator reporting to the Head of Sales & Customer Experience, you will delight customers and equip them with the tools and support needed for a seamless health journey. You will also raise awareness of our services in the local community and support the growth of the local business network. Responsibilities Provide a customer‑obsessed experience and drive customer satisfaction. Ensure Resonate Studios always reflect our marketing and brand standards. Champion local business growth and community awareness of our mission. Manage local social media for the Studio, creating positive connections within the community. Develop expertise in the field and share it with team and customers. Qualifications Relentless focus on customer service, consistently delivering excellence. Top‑notch organisational skills and time‑management ability, even when juggling diverse tasks. Outstanding communication abilities, enabling effective engagement with a wide range of people.
