To help us get there, we’re looking for a capable, commercially minded Team Lead & Senior Consultant to join us in a key role. This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, influencing outcomes and helping businesses perform. With your Team Lead hat on, you will provide leadership to our consulting team. You’ll help create clarity, maintain momentum and ensure the team is set up to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. You’ll support workflow, coach and develop others, provide guidance on complex situations and help maintain the high standards our clients expect from No8HR. As a Senior Consultant, you will work alongside farming and agribusinesses to help them solve people challenges and unlock opportunities. This could involve recruitment, employment relations, leadership development, organisational performance, remuneration, workforce planning or broader people strategy. You’ll build trusted relationships, understand what matters to clients and provide practical advice that helps them achieve better outcomes. You will work closely with the General Manager as part of a key leadership partnership within the business. While the General Manager maintains a strong focus on business development, strategic relationships and senior‑level client work, you will help provide day‑to‑day leadership across the consulting team and contribute to the continued growth and success of the business. Your background may be in agribusiness, farm consultancy, professional services, recruitment, HR or another client relationship management environment. What matters most is that you know how to build trust, understand business needs, influence outcomes and help clients navigate challenges and opportunities. Previous people management experience is desirable. This role will suit someone who is ambitious, curious, practical and relationship driven.
