The Opportunity The CAPA Remediation Manager leads the elevation of the Nutrition Manufacturing site CAPA program. This role is accountable for driving risk‑based remediation of CAPA records, strengthening CAPA execution and effectiveness, and enabling sustainable adoption of compliant CAPA practices through effective change management. The position partners closely with site Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Technology teams to ensure CAPA processes are effective, timely, and inspection‑ready. What You’ll Do Lead end‑to‑end CAPA remediation initiatives, including assessment, prioritization, execution, and closure of CAPA records using a risk‑based approach. Establish clear intergation plans, timelines, and governance to address gaps in CAPA quality, documentation, and effectiveness.
