We are looking for a full‑time Retail Supervisor to join our team at our South Dunedin store. We’re looking for people with drive, enthusiasm, and a can‑do attitude who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. What We’re Looking For Retail and supervisory experience. Experience in pharmacy/health products or fragrance/cosmetics is preferred but not essential. Dedication to customer service and sales. Leadership skills to train and inspire staff. A positive attitude, the ability to think on your feet and strong attention to detail. What You’ll Bring to Life in this Role Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience. Supervise and train staff to achieve high levels of customer service across the store. Monitor and drive sales to meet targets. Ensure the store is merchandised and displayed to company standards. Manage stock levels by ordering the required stock, working with your Inventory Administrator and effectively resolving any discrepancies. Interact with suppliers, reps and other people that contribute to the growth of our business.
