Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide technical and process engineering expertise to improve manufacturing performance. This role plays a key part in ensuring our dairy processing systems are safe, compliant, efficient, and continuously improving, while supporting production teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes. You will work closely with production, maintenance, quality, and automation teams to identify performance opportunities, implement improvements, and support operational readiness across the site. About you You bring proven experience in process or manufacturing environments, ideally within food or dairy production.
