BIM Lead -Architecture

BIM Manager An exciting opportunity to join our established Architectural team. This role can be based in either Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch. Working on a fast-paced, valued project alongside Studio Leads, Digital Leads & Senior team members, you’ll hit the ground running from day one. Reporting to our Studio Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the design & documentation for architectural projects are delivered according to client expectations. Responsibilities Produce, manage and update Revit Models and Requirements with minimal supervision Support the adoption of BIM Execution & Documentation Plans Lead the WSP Architectural team to continue paving the way for BIM best practice. Collaborate with the BIM leads on projects to achieve best outcome for our Clients. Detailed planning of technical content in relation to architectural projects Client & relationship management Qualifications A relevant tertiary qualification in Architecture or Architectural Technology 10+ years’ relevant experience, including experience with BIM best practice & application Expertly Proficient and Experienced in Revit for Modelling and Data Management Strong Understanding of Engineering and Building Construction principles as they apply to BIM Broad experience in a wide range of building types & construction methods Exposure to complex integration of construction elements and coordination of building disciplines #J-18808-Ljbffr
