Are you our next Senior Engineer? We re hiring multiple Senior Full Stack Engineers to join our teams. You ll work with engineers, product managers and designers who value collaboration, learning and delivering impactful solutions. Your input will influence product decisions and help shape Tracksuits technical direction. Product development is a collaborative effort with the Engineering and Product teams. This role involves innovating with the wider team in fast-paced two-week sprints to bring cutting-edge ideas to life while applying your tech stack knowledge. Responsibilities Maintain code and develop features to improve the platform in line with the product roadmap. Refine and scope development work and test your own work. Support and work closely with Product and Design teams. Collaborate with the team and Team Lead on architecture and development decisions aligned with product goals and technical direction. Provide technical input to support best practices, scalability and maintainability in development. Build scalability into system design using approaches such as containerisation and serverless architecture where appropriate. Become a domain expert in the areas your Product team covers and build strong relationships with internal and external customers. Mentor and support other engineers by sharing knowledge and best practices to strengthen the teams technical skills and collaboration. Qualifications Experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer with at least 4 years in a similar role. Strong proficiency in TypeScript and preferably one other modern programming language. A strong product mindset and ability to solve complex problems in a dynamic environment. Collaborative, thoughtful, kind team player with a growth mindset who values learning and problem-solving. Thrives in fast-paced environments and contributes to Tracksuits collaborative culture. Ideally, basic understanding of why good branding matters to business and why tracking (Tracksuit exists). Compensation and Benefits $130,000 - $160,000 per year We practice transparent compensation with annual comp reviews and rolling promotions.
