Night Shift Logistics Coordinator at Qube

Night Shift Logistics Coordinator – Qube, Auckland City, New Zealand Full-time on-site position with opportunities for career growth. Hours Full-time permanent, Monday to Friday 6:00pm – 3:30am. What the role includes Coordinate the movement and flow of containers throughout the depot while maintaining data integrity and professionally communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Process trucks in and out of the yard using in-house booking system. Direct and instruct truck driver movements within the depot. Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure cut-offs are met. Reconcile driver sheets to ensure movements are correctly recorded. Reconcile data provided by MPI to ensure compliance with regulations. Coordinate acceptances, releases and deliveries of full containers. Assist with internal and external enquiries.
