Our school is known for its strong sense of community, positive relationships, and commitment to ensuring every learner is known, valued, and supported to succeed. As the heart of a close-knit farming community, Elsthorpe School values genuine partnerships, practical learning, and the unique opportunities that rural education provides. The school board is seeking a relational, future-focused principal to lead the school from Term 4, 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced principal, deputy principal, or aspiring leader ready to guide a thriving rural school with authenticity, vision, and confidence.
