What You’ll Be Doing Welcoming guests with friendly, positive energy Keeping an eye on the venue and stepping in when something needs attention Carrying out bag checks, screening, and ticket/accreditation checks Guiding crowds and helping people move safely through event spaces Managing gate and vehicle access with confidence Communicating clearly and calmly when situations need de-escalation Making sure every event feels safe, smooth, and enjoyable Representing Red Badge Group with pride and professionalism What You’ll Bring A clean criminal record Experience in security, hospitality, customer service, or similar (bonus!)
