Job Description

As a Customer Champion Consultant in the Small Business Sales Team, you’ll play an essential role in helping local small business customers stay connected—offering expert advice and tailored solutions that make a real difference to their operations and growth. Based in our Christchurch or Auckland CBD Support Office, you’ll support customers through inbound and outbound phone and messaging channels, focusing on Join and Leave intents for Mobile and Broadband campaigns. You’ll be the trusted advisor our small business customers rely on, delivering exceptional experiences while driving strong sales outcomes. Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do Manage One New Zealand's unmanaged business customer base, delivering exceptional service through outbound calling and campaign execution. Improve product sales through cross‑selling into new products, achieved through high presentation rates. Serve our customers through exceptional experiences, solving issues seamlessly and meeting their business needs so they remain a valued customer of One New Zealand. Extend the customer lifetime value through upgrades of devices and accessories. Work as part of a critical team with strong communication and the ability to execute against marketing activity.
