Napier City Council is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator or Recruitment Coordinator to support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities in Napier's CBD. You will draft employment documents, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, and provide practical guidance on people processes while maintaining accurate records.
