This hands‑on role is vital to ensuring our customers stay safe on the road. You’ll be responsible for fitting, balancing, repairing, and maintaining tyres on a wide range of vehicles – everything from everyday cars to premium models. Whether you’re experienced or just getting started, we’ll give you the tools and training you need to succeed. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Tyre fitting, puncture repairs, wheel balancing, and rotation Conduct tyre inspections and report on wear or safety concerns Assist with wheel alignments (training provided if needed) Maintain workshop cleanliness and safe work practices Provide friendly, professional service to our customers Keep accurate records of work carried out What We’re Looking For: Tyre fitting experience is preferred, but full training available for the right person A positive attitude and strong work ethic Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the role A full NZ driver’s licence (restricted may be considered) with the ability to drive manual if required Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable and punctual with a customer‑first mindset Why Join Ingham?
