Office Manager Auckland CBD The Auckland team is looking for a proactive, experienced Office Manager to join our team. With 120 people to support and a focus on national business operations, you will be the engine room of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a personal touch. Responsibilities Provide ownership by being front‑of‑house. Part‑time 25 hours per week over 5 days. Be the go‑to support for our 120‑person Auckland office, managing daily workflows and national tasks. Maintain a pristine, well‑stocked, and welcoming office environment for the entire team. Manage essential invoicing, expense processing, and national account administration. Drive engagement by organising social events and leading the onboarding of new starters. Provide proactive, high‑level administrative assistance to our senior leadership team. Streamline local processes and coordinate national requirements to keep our busy Auckland hub running at its best. Qualifications Warm, professional manner with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business. Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm in a fast‑paced environment. Initiative‑driven, able to work autonomously and solve problems before they arise. Proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong aptitude for financial administration and invoicing. High standards for work quality, ensuring the office is consistently pristine and running efficiently.
