Year 10‑13 Food Technology / Hospitality Teacher Full time, Permanent Area / composite (Years 1–15), Certificated teacher Technology Hamilton Christian School, a coeducational Year 1–13 state‑integrated Christian school, is seeking a suitably qualified and passionate teacher to join our team in a permanent, full‑time (1.0 FTTE) position commencing at the start of Term 4, 2026. This position involves teaching food technology and hospitality across Years 10–13, with the opportunity to contribute to a growing and dynamic learning area. We are looking for a teacher who: Is innovative and passionate about student learning. Has strong pedagogical practice and curriculum knowledge. Has a thorough understanding of The New Zealand Curriculum and the NZQA framework. Can build positive relationships with students, staff, and whānau. Is willing to contribute to the wider life of the school. The following would be an advantage, but are not essential: Experience with effective device integration in teaching and learning. Experience in Christian education. Special Character Requirement As a Christian school, a commitment to and passion for Christian education are conditions of appointment.
