Your role, your contribution! Manage and service existing client relationships, ensuring jobs are delivered to technical standards, within budget, and on time. Identify opportunities to add value for clients, strengthen external networks, and raise the Findex profile in the market. Review compliance documents, complex special purpose financial statements, annual financial statements, tax returns, and reconciliations across companies, partnerships, trusts, and individuals. Contribute to advisory projects, such as business planning, budgeting, and cashflows. Empower and nurture your team, driving retention and capability while delivering outstanding results. What you bring to the role: Previous business advisory accounting experience gained within public practice with a CA/CPA qualification Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and develop others Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
