Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you'll be working under the direction of our Registered Nurses providing high standards of care and support to our residents. This is a Part time role - 18 hours a week - 7am to 1.30 pm Friday to Sunday. Duties Provide resident directed care and support our residents with activities of daily living. Foster an environment of acceptance and choice. Contributes to and demonstrates knowledge and use of resident directed Care Plans. Provide support for the family. Skills and Experience Required Health and Wellbeing certificate preferred. Excellent attitude and demonstrate self-motivation and proactiveness. Previous experience in aged care or working with the elderly is preferred. Problem solving and decision-making skills.
