We have an exciting entry‑level opportunity for a Account Manager in our McCann Auckland office. This is a Client Service supporting one of our most hands‑on, fast‑moving client portfolios: an iconic New Zealand brand and retail giant. You 2‑3 years experience in an advertising agency environment; likely at the AE level and ready to step up. Understanding of both retail and brand accounts, fast turnarounds and multiple moving parts of a large retail account. Proactive, takes initiative, and skilled at building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships. Excellent time‑management and attention to detail. Solutions‑focused mindset with a curious, collaborative, can‑do attitude. The role Serve as the go‑to contact for clients on day‑to‑day matters. Ensure jobs run smoothly – from briefs to execution to final delivery. Support and report to the Account Director and Group Business Director. Collaborate closely with creative, production, studio, and wider full‑service agency teams to deliver quality, effective communications.
