Opportunity Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity Beca is investing in the future of how we create, manage, and reuse bid and proposal content across our business. We are looking for a Content Business Analyst to play a key role in our bid automation initiative, helping to transform the way knowledge, capability information, case studies, CVs, and proposal content are structured and accessed. Working within a cross‑functional product team, you will partner closely with bid teams, subject matter experts, content owners, and technical delivery teams to define requirements, improve content processes, and support the migration of content into a new platform. You will help shape content models, information architecture, and user workflows that make it easier for our people to find, reuse, and maintain high‑quality content. This is a unique opportunity to combine business analysis, information design, content strategy, and stakeholder engagement in a role that will have a lasting impact on how Beca delivers winning proposals and shares knowledge across the organisation. This role is for a 5 month fixed‑term contract. Responsibilities Define requirements for the bid automation platform. Improve content processes and support the migration of content onto a new platform. Shape content models, information architecture, and user workflows. Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders at all levels. Gather requirements, develop user stories, and map processes. Plan and deliver content or data migrations, including content assessment, metadata design, mapping, cleansing, and validation. Collaborate with Agile delivery teams to ensure timely delivery. Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital, product, or transformation environments. Strong skills in requirements gathering, user story development, process mapping, and business analysis. Experience designing information structures, taxonomies, content models, or knowledge management frameworks. Experience planning and delivering content or data migrations. Familiarity with content‑rich platforms such as SharePoint, content management systems, knowledge repositories, or bid management tools. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience working within Agile delivery environments. Advantage if experienced in professional services, bid management, knowledge management, AI‑enabled content solutions, data governance, or change and adoption initiatives.
