What you’ll do Own the end-to-end stack behind the factory testing, traceability, and process control — from data capture at the test station, to databases, to dashboards/APIs Build robust, scalable AWS tooling that gets factory data to the teams that need it. Set standards for quality, security, observability, and release. Help shape the technical roadmap and make the architecture calls as volume grows. What we’re looking for Proven experience building and shipping complex production systems. Strong, hands‑on AWS: can independently design and ship scalable, reliable tooling. Solid backend and data engineering: REST APIs, event-driven and distributed services in Go or Python, databases, and data pipelines. Strong SQL. Experience building platform and infrastructure tooling at scale: AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, observability. A technical leader: sets technical direction and roadmaps, and grows engineers through hands‑on work and influence. Bonus: manufacturing test or operations experience — production line, hardware test, SPC, contract manufacturing.
