Master of Ceremonies (Pals and Franky's) is on a mission to disrupt the drinks industry through originality, innovation and bold thinking. We’re looking for a creative, organised and growth‑minded Brand Manager to support our marketing efforts across ANZ. This is a dream opportunity for a true marketing all‑rounder. In this role, you'll lead our integrated content planning, community and advocacy programmes to keep Pals and Franky's at the centre of culture. Simultaneously, you will drive the broader marketing mix—working closely with the wider marketing and sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns, coordinate packaging artwork updates, and execute high‑impact experiential activations. Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content Management Lead integrated content planning across campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and activations across own, earned and paid channels. Lead briefing for high‑quality content and creative assets, partnering with internal and external creatives to deliver standout work. Support the delivery of the digital and social media strategy & budget for Pals. Monitor channel performance, audience behaviour and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimise engagement. Community, Creator & Advocacy Management Own relationships with brand advocates and creators to grow brand awareness and advocacy. Lead product seeding initiatives and ambassador programmes to maximise trial and earned coverage. Identify, source, and manage third‑party content creators to generate authentic content and amplify key campaigns, launches, and brand moments. Track creator, advocacy, and seeding performance to optimise investment and strengthen brand impact. Lead community engagement across social channels, building brand love and turning audiences into advocates. Campaign & Creative Development Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and go‑to‑market initiatives. Assist with coordinating brand assets, packaging updates, artwork approvals, promotional materials, and launch collateral to ensure timely execution. Support retail, hospitality, partnership, and experiential activations while working closely with the brand and sales team to maximise brand impact in market. About You Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 2 years+ as Brand Manager or 5 years in a relevant marketing role. Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple brands, campaigns and priorities. Strong understanding of social platforms, digital media, content strategy and what makes audiences engage. A creative thinker with a strong instinct for trends, culture and audience engagement. Experience managing agency partnerships to deliver outstanding outcomes. Equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling up your sleeves to make things happen. Why Pals?
