Grounded in respect, manaakitanga, and recovery, we walk alongside tāngata whai ora to strengthen independence, wellbeing, and choice, providing practical support and medication oversight. Our team provides support to help individuals and their whānau lead full, connected, and meaningful lives. Key Responsibilities Support tāngata whai ora to build independence and work towards their personal goals Provide medication oversight in the communityComplete accurate, timely,and objective documentation Monitor wellbeing and identify and report changes Support engagement with appointments and community services to enhance overall wellbeing. The positions are permanent, full-time roles. You will be working Friday- Monday, 1:00pm- 9:30pm or 7:30am- 4:00pm. Based in Hamilton. You | Mōu Preferred applicants who hold the level 4 New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent. Alternatively, you will be willing to commence study towards this within six months of starting your employment with Pathways. This needs to be completed within two years of commencement. Pathways offers significant support to complete this study. You must hold a current full New Zealand driver’s licence. You must hold a current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one. Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the articles of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi. You must have the right to work in New Zealand Closing Date | Rā Katinga 15 February 2026.
