Administration Assistant - Marlborough Wineries Location: NZ Department: South Island Winery Operations About Us Founded in 2003, Indevin is New Zealand’s leading producer of high-quality wine. Our grapes come from over 3,000 hectares of planted vineyards and blended in our wineries across three of the great New Zealand wine regions – Marlborough, Hawke’s Bay, and Gisborne – giving us a scale and consistency of supply unmatched in New Zealand wine. The Role We are currently seeking a part‑time Administration Assistant to join our team, providing support across both the 15 Valley and Fairhall winery sites. This is a varied and hands‑on role that plays a key part in supporting the wider winery team. Responsibilities include: General office administration Supporting systems administration Assisting with payroll processes (e.g., timesheets) Purchasing and managing office and site supplies Coordinating onboarding for the vintage team Providing ongoing administrative support to the vintage team About you We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual with the following skills and experience: Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in office administration systems and computer applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet‑based tools Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities A positive, flexible, and proactive “can‑do” attitude with a strong work ethic Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to identify practical solutions Previous experience in customer service, recruitment, or staff support roles is advantageous On Offer Salary + wellness allowance + wine allowance Southern Cross Health Insurance coverage Benefit from 1 x “You Day” per annum, additional company‑paid parental leave, and options to purchase an extra two weeks of annual leave per year Step into the exciting world of wine!
