Channel Account Manager

Overview The Opportunity: Join Pax8 as a Channel Account Manager in New Zealand and help shape the future of cloud distribution while accelerating partner growth across a thriving ecosystem. This role is suitable for a Senior BDR seeking their next career move. You will empower partners to scale, innovate, and succeed in an evolving cloud marketplace. The role is based in Auckland, NZ with a hybrid working style (3 days in office). Responsibilities Build strong, trusted relationships with partners, acting as their strategic advisor. Drive partner growth through tailored enablement, business planning, and opportunity development. Guide partners in adopting cloud solutions, helping them unlock new revenue streams. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand partner engagement and performance. Monitor partner success metrics and proactively adjust strategies to maximise outcomes. Collaborate internally across sales, enablement, and product teams to deliver exceptional partner experiences. Qualifications Proven ability to build and grow partner or customer relationships in a commercial environment. Substantial experience in account management, business development, or channel roles. Strong understanding of cloud, SaaS, or technology ecosystems. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive measurable business outcomes. Excellent communication skills with a consultative, partner-first mindset. A proactive, growth-oriented approach with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Why join Pax8?
