EPIC Easter Market Food Vendor Registration Sat 4 April 2026 | Jubilee Park $28.68 USD ($50.00 NZD) / Food Truck or Gazebo + GST Register your food stall or truck today and join us at the EPIC Easter Easel Egg-Scapade Register as a Food Vendor for The Great Easter Easel Egg-Scapade An Art Scavenger Hunt & Free Family Easter Festival About the Event Explore Jubilee Park and take part in a creative Easter adventure as you hunt for 10 giant Easter Eggs, each beautifully painted by local artists and community groups. Collect a stamp at every egg on your Scavenger Hunt card and you’ll be in the draw to WIN prizes on the day. Feeling a bit more adventurous? Head along the Kahikatea Pathway and search for hidden painted rocks — return them to the EPIC Te Puke tent for a sweet Easter treat! Each Easter Egg will also be available to bid on via Trade Me (more details coming soon). Make a day of it with free family fun — meet the Easter Bunny, enjoy pony rides, face painting, browse the markets, and grab a bite to eat from one of our delicious food vendors. A perfect Easter outing for the whole whānau. A prize giving will be held on stage at Jubilee Park shortly before 1 PM at the event to award prizes. Stall spaces are 3x3m Vendors will need to provide their own marquees and tables Pack-in is from 7.30am and the Event starts at 9.00am. Please arrive with enough time to set up your space and have everything looking inviting to the public when the Event starts at 9.00am. Pack-out is from 1.00pm. Please do not start packing up before 1.00pm. This is the end time of the Event so we could have the public still coming in up until 1.00pm. Even if you sell out, we ask that you please stay – this is a great opportunity to have a look around the Market, take part in the trail or enjoy some of the free entertainment on offer! Maximum of 10 Food Vendors to be registered for this market Preference will be given to EPIC Te Puke Members No single-use plastic straws* No single-use plastic plates, bowls and cutlery** No plastic produce labels (must be a compostable alternative) Must supply your own power (generator). Must supply own gas (tank must be valid). Must help pick up any food wrapper waste at the end of the event. *Eateries will still be allowed to provide plastic straws to disabled people. **Not including plastic containers that come with a lid.
