Job Description

Location : Christchurch based.. Key Responsibilities Responding to client support requests and provides on-site field support to troubleshoot hardware and software issues Installing and maintaining hardware and compute peripherals Installing and upgrading operating system and software Provide installation, servicing and repairing systems and equipment. Verifies and approves operational quality of system equipment Attend & resolve/fulfill incidents/requests based on defined SLA Maintain and update asset accuracy Provide input or suggestion on maintaining knowledge article Support Walk-In Service Center, where applicable Participate in project roll out/ discussion, where applicable Performs analysis and prepares reports on system problem trends and issues 50% of Assigned Task to support client internal business functions Key Requirements 5 or more years of experience in PC hardware, OS, MS Office and Peripherals troubleshooting Experience working with customer technology and support requirements Good communication skills and good team player Motivate to learn and good Time Management Willing to contribute on Continuous Service Improvement Flexible on ad-hoc assignment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
