Warehouse Operative

IFGlobal is a fast-growing eCommerce fulfilment business with operations across the UK, USA, and Europe. With a brand new, state-of-the-art warehouse at Aviation Park West, we’re scaling fast, and we want people who want to grow with us. Due to growth, we are looking for 3 Warehouse Operatives across our Christchurch Warehouse to contribute to the efficient operation by performing a variety of tasks including stock picking, order processing, dispatch, and maintaining stock accuracy, while adhering to health and safety standards. Owning It Accurately pick stock using the latest handheld scanning technology Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring all specific requirements are met Dispatch orders in line with agreed specifications and delivery standards Maintain high levels of stock accuracy through careful handling and recording Adhere to all company processes, procedures, and operational standards Carry out any other duties as reasonably assigned Assist with loading and unloading deliveries when required Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations, including the correct use of PPE and safe operation of equipment and machinery Succeeding Together Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure all operational SLAs are consistently achieved Support colleagues to maintain smooth and efficient warehouse operations Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure deadlines are met Maintain a clean, safe, and well organised working environment for you and your team Go Above and Beyond Shows a proactive and can-do attitude, stepping in to help when needed Demonstrates strong awareness of health and safety, consistently acting responsibly and setting a good example Takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and care in the work area Displays a positive, reliable, and professional approach that contributes to a motivated team culture Working pattern Vacancy 1 08:30am-17:30pm 8 hour shifts over 5 days 40 hours per week Vacancy 2 13:00pm-22:00pm 8 hour shifts over 5 days 40 hours per week Benefits Health cash plan 20 days’ holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service) Your birthday off Company social events On-site parking #J-18808-Ljbffr
