Retail Manager - Unichem Hurst and Taylor Pharmacy About the role Hurst and Taylor Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead their store in Stoke Tasman. This full‑time position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities Manage and oversee all daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve customer experience, and enhance store efficiency. Manage a team of retail associates, providing coaching and support to ensure high performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations. Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth. Liase with suppliers on a regular basis. Provide exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador for Hurst and Taylor Pharmacy. About you Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the pharmacy or healthcare sector. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver a high‑quality shopping experience. Proficient in using retail management systems and data analysis tools to track and improve store performance. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
