Job Description

A successful applicant will commence full time employment as an Analyst in early 2027 in either the Auckland or Christchurch office Analysts work directly with senior members of the Investment Banking team on a range of mandates, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, as well as the provision of strategic and financial advice Key responsibilities of the role include research and analysis, documentation preparation, financial modelling, analysis, valuation support, transaction execution support, idea generation and supporting marketing activities of the firm The successful applicant will have a degree or postgraduate degree in law, commerce, engineering, and/or mathematics and will have advanced computer skills including an ability to work effectively with the full Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Word and PowerPoint The successful applicant will be highly numerate and possess strong analytical skills. They will have well developed verbal and written communication skills and be a team player who thrives in a dynamic and often fast-paced environment. The successful applicants will also be results focused and have outstanding attention to detail Who can Apply Any student studying towards a degree or postgraduate qualification who has a desire to pursue a career in investment banking can apply.
