Responsibilities Partner with leaders and translate complex HR issues into simple terms. Take ownership of your portfolio and deliver strategic P&C priorities and initiatives. Increase leadership capability and support talent and succession conversations within the portfolio. What You’ll Bring Proven senior level partnership experience that includes ER, organisational change and increasing leadership capability. Comfort to work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting a large number of employees. A strong but collaborative personality that can guide and coach leaders who may be resistant to change.
