Elizabeth R Lifecare in Stratford, Taranaki 40 hours per week We have a fantastic opportunity as a Clinical Services manager for a healthcare professional with a passion for providing exceptional care, to lead our teams to make a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents. You will provide effective leadership, deliver high-quality care, and be great at building relationships with all key stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care, promoting their well‑being, and ensuring our residents have a better every day. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Registered Nurse with a current NZ practicing certificate, ideally with experience in aged care. Experience implementing best practice and knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processes. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
