With 14 consulting rooms, 2 treatment rooms, and a full support staff, the practice offers an excellent environment for GPs seeking clinical variety, professional development, and a strong team culture. Key Responsibilities Provide full‑scope primary care to patients of all ages Participate in the shared afterhours roster Collaborate with a broad multidisciplinary team including nurse prescribers, nurse practitioners, and in‑house clinics Supervise and contribute to the clinic’s role as a teaching site for registrars and students Maintain accurate and timely clinical records via Medtech Evolution EMR Engage in ongoing professional development and quality improvement Candidate Requirements Medical degree with vocational registration or eligibility in New Zealand GP certification (e.g., FRNZCGP or eligibility via comparable pathway such as MRCGP, MICGP, RACGP, CCFP) Strong interpersonal and clinical decision‑making skills Willingness to participate in after‑hours roster Interest in teaching, community health, or chronic disease management is welcomed What’s on Offer Competitive compensation (exact earnings discussed upon application) Relocation reimbursement, CME allowance, indemnity insurance, and InPractice subscription Orientation and supervision plan provided 5 weeks annual leave + 3 days paid study leave Work alongside 10 GPs, nurse prescribers, health coaches, audiology, physio, podiatry, and radiology/pharmacy next door Open to international candidates – support available Why Upper Hutt, Wellington?
