Job Summary Are you an experienced technician or someone with strong automotive technical knowledge who is ready to take the next step in your career? If you're looking to come off the tools and move into a customer-focused role, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for a Customer Service and Parts Advisor to join our Christchurch Aftersales Team. In this role, you'll use your technical expertise to support our customers, work closely with our workshop and parts teams, and ensure a seamless service experience from booking through to vehicle completion. Whether you're an experienced technician looking for a new challenge or someone with a strong technical background in the commercial vehicle or automotive industry, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in customer service while remaining connected to the industry you know. You will have: Previous technical experience in the automotive/commercial vehicle industry. A desire to provide exceptional customer service. Experience within the automotive, heavy vehicle, or transport industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills. The ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
