Whether you’re working on leadership development or early in career programmes, you’ll be helping our people grow and do their best work. You’ll partner with leaders and the wider People team to understand requirements and turn those insights into solutions that make a real difference. Whether you're designing a development programme, facilitating a workshop or measuring what's working, you'll be focused on creating meaningful outcomes for our people and our business. How you’ll show up | Tu mai Tu Rangatira Bring solid experience in organisational development, capability, learning or talent development within a complex environment Experience supporting AI, digital capability or future-focused workforce initiatives A consultative approach, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence across a range of stakeholders Experience designing and facilitating engaging workshops, learning experiences and development programmes The ability to use data, insights and feedback to identify needs and evaluate impact Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities Curiosity, problem‑solving ability and a continuous improvement mindset.
