Position: Fitter Turner/ Fabricator Welder/ Fitter Welder and Trade Assistant. Job Responsibilities Maintain plant machinery in shut down environments, general maintenance on plant. Fabricate metal structures and components, read blueprints, and perform welding tasks to join metal pieces together. Conduct fitting and welding tasks, assemble and install mechanical components, and ensure the highest quality standards. Providing support with tools and material preparation, equipment handling, and site cleanup. Requirements Relevant trade qualifications or certifications. Must have the ability to speak and understand English clearly. Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the specific trade. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and plans. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Strong work ethic and commitment to safety protocols. Benefits Flexibility to work 1-2days per week or up to 6 days per week over shut-downs. Further shut-down opportunities. Pre-employment drug & alcohol screening is a prerequisite.
